Agra is famous for the historical monuments of Fatehpur Sikri, Red Fort of Agra, Taj Mahal of Mughal architecture. In Khajuraho you visit the erotic temples of Kamasutra. Benares/Varanasi is the cradle of Hinduism, you can see the Hindu rituals on the banks of the Ganges River. There are ten UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Delhi, Jaipur, Agra and Khajuraho.

DAY 01 – AMERICA / EUROPE – DELHI

 Upon arrival at Delhi airport, you will be greeted by a representative of Viajes ver la India. He will take you to the hotel in a private car. Check-in and hotel accommodation.

DELHI: the modern capital of India is also an ancient city whose origins are lost in legend. Hundreds of monuments adorn it, with its carved and ancient history. From this city numerous Hindu and Muslim dynasties, including the Mughals, ruled India. No less than 7 successive cities existed here before the arrival of the British, who would create, with the help of Sir Edwin Lutyens, their dream capital.

 

DAY 02 – IN DELHI (MP)

Breakfast. In the morning visit to Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India, in the heart of old Delhi. Later we approached the Raj Ghat, where Gandi was cremated, to continue with a panoramic view of the government buildings along the Raj Path and the imposing India Gate. We will also visit the Birla Temple and the Sikh Temple. To complete our tour we visited the impressive 72-meter Qutub Minar Minaret. Tall. Dinner in hotel.

 

DAY 03 – DELHI – JAIPUR (MP)

Breakfast. Departure by road to Jaipur, the “Pink City” where the emblematic façade of the Palace of the Winds is located. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. At around 3:30 pm, we will visit the Albert Hall Museum and then visit the Birla Temple. Dinner in hotel.

 

DAY 04 – JAIPUR – AMER – JAIPUR

Breakfast. We will visit Amber, which from the road gives us a spectacular image. We went up to her fortified palace on an elephant. Palace pavilions are adorned with paintings and marble filigree. On our way back to Jaipur we will visit the Maharaja’s Palace and its museums. We will also be surprised by the colossal instruments of the Jai Singh Observatory. Dinner at hotel.

DAY 05 – JAIPUR – Fatehpur Sikri – AGRA

Breakfast. Departure in the morning to Fatehpur Sikri, imperial capital paralyzed in time. It was the last city built by Akbar and abandoned apparently due to lack of water. We continue towards Agra, a city that alternated with Delhi as the capital of the Mughal Empire. In the afternoon, visit the Taj Mahal, which with unsurpassed architectural perfection captivates those who contemplate it. Dinner at Hotel.

DAY 06 – AGRA – ORCHA – KHAJURAHO (MP)

Breakfast. Depart by Shatabdi Express train to Jhansi and continue by road to Orcha, the ancient capital of a princely state that has beautiful palaces and temples built by its Bundela governors between the 16th and 18th centuries. Visit of the Raj Mahal Palace. After lunch, continue by road to Khajuraho, where the most exquisite temples in India are located, built between the 10th and 11th centuries by the Chandela kings. Dinner in hotel.

 

DAY 07 – KHAJURAHO – BENARES (MP)

Breakfast. In the morning we will visit some of the 22 temples or nagaras that still remain. Although they present very diverse motifs, the best-known figures are the so-called “mithuna” that stand on high platforms. Then departure by plane to Benares, the city of the “Thousand Stairs” and also the most sacred in India. Dinner at hotel.

 

DAY 08 – BENARES – DELHI – EUROPE (AD)

At dawn we will take a boat trip along the Ganges, where we will see the faithful along the ghats, purifying themselves and making their offerings.
Next we will take a walk through the labyrinth of alleys of the city, where the streets are a stage of life. Breakfast at hotel.
At noon, transfer to Varanasi airport to take the flight to Delhi.
Upon arrival at Delhi airport, you will be in transit to take the flight to your next destination.
