Pushkar Livestock Fair – NOV 2024
NOV 07 – ARRIVAL – DELHI
Upon arrival at Delhi airport, you will be greeted by a representative of Viajes Ver La India. He will take you to the hotel in a private car. Check-in and hotel accommodation.

Delhi is a beautiful city and it is the capital of India. It is an old city because it has many buildings that were built during the ancient time. Delhi has two parts one is old Delhi which is built during the Mughal period and New Delhi which has many beautiful parks and big new buildings.
the Present capital of India is also an ancient city whose origins are lost in legend. Hundreds of monuments adorn it, with its carved and ancient history. From this city numerous Hindu and Muslim dynasties, including the Mughals, ruled India. No less than 7 successive cities existed here before the arrival of the British, who would create, with the help of Sir Edwin Lutyens, their dream capital.
08 NOV – IN DELHI
Breakfast. In the morning visit to Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India, in the heart of old Delhi. We will take a photo stop at the Red Fort and approach the Raj Ghat, the place where Gandhi was cremated, and the Sikh temple. Panoramic of the government buildings along the Raj Path and the imposing India Gate. To complete our tour we visited the impressive 72-meter Qutub Minar Minaret. Tall. Dinner in hotel.
09 NOV – DELHI – MANDAWA
Breakfast. departure by road to Mandawa, founded in 1755 by Thakur Nawal Singh, a small town full of “Havelis”, painted on the outside and which preserve the true Rajasthani way of life. Walk in the town and visit the most important “Havelis”, with their facades painted with motifs of Rajasthani life. The chef will teach us the typical Indian cuisine. Dinner .
NOV 10 – MANDAWA – BIKANER
Breakfast. departure to Bikaner. We will drive through the Shekhawati region towards Bikaner. We will take a ride in the horse cart to have a panoramic view of the city and we will get off at the gate of the fort, we will visit the Junagarh Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dinner and accommodation in hotel.
NOV 11 – BIKANER – PUSHKAR
Breakfast. departure to Pushkar where the only temple of the god Brahma stands out.
Upon arrival, visit the town to see the Pushkar cattle fair, a unique setting for photographers. Here you can see several cultural activities and a large concentration of various lovingly painted and decorated domestic animals. Dinner and accommodation.
NOV 12 – IN PUSHKAR
Breakfast. We will visit the Pushkar fair, walking through the traditional fair decoration and seeing various activities such as dancing, camel racing and much more. We will spend the whole day at the fair. Dinner and accommodation.
NOV 13 – PUSHKAR – JAIPUR
Breakfast. Today the festival of colors is celebrated, we will participate in the festival in the town from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We returned to the hotel to eat.
NOTE – This festival depends on the Lunar calendar and sometimes there is a variation in the date of celebration, in case the date changes, this festival will be celebrated in the city that falls. At 3:00 p.m., departure by road to Jaipur, the “Pink City” famous for its palaces, forts, textile factories, and precious stones. Dinner and accommodation.
NOV 14 – JAIPUR – AMBER – JAIPUR
Breakfast. We will visit Amber Fort, which from the road gives us a spectacular image. We went up to her fortified palace on an elephant. Palace pavilions are adorned with paintings and marble filigree. We will ride the elephant back to the main courtyard of Amer Fort. Returning to Jaipur we will visit the Maharaja’s Palace and its museums. We will also be surprised by the colossal instruments of the Jai Singh Observatory. Dinner and night in hotel.
NOV 15 – JAIPUR – FATEHPUR SIKRI – AGRA
NOV 16 – AGRA – DELHI – EUROPE/AMERICA
Visit of the Taj Mahal, which with unsurpassed architectural perfection captivates those who contemplate it. It was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife. Breakfast. Next, we will visit the Red Fort of Agra, on the banks of the Yamuna River, in the heart of the city. It reflects Indian architecture under three Mughal emperors: Akbar, Jehangir and Shah Jahan.
